Manufacturing and IT-BPM start in Tier I; R&D-intensive and advanced-technology activities can qualify for Tier III. Regional HQs and most financial firms are not in the SIPP and take no holiday.

Project size

Over ₱15 billion is approved by the Fiscal Incentives Review Board and gets 20 years after the holiday instead of 10.

Not every investor needs an ecozone. Offices can sit in any business district; what changes is the regulator you file with. Sample times are for a foreign-owned firm in BGC or Makati.
